Please return the new, unused sneakers to us within 15 days of receiving it. All of our shoes are final sale unless they have been lost in transit, damaged or broken in delivery, or if you received the wrong product or size. Follow these requirements to have a successful and stress free return process:

    1. Contact customers@coshasneakers.com to confirm your return. Please make sure to include the reason for returning in this email, or it may be marked invalid.
    2. We will email you a shipping label or shipping information to include with the return of your purchase. This label will be given to you at no charge.
    3. Item returns must be made in the same box you received it in, and the items must be in the same condition you received them in. Please send us an image of your product so we can confirm their condition.
    4. Email your virtual receipt to us as proof of purchase.
    5. We will send you a confirmation email with the approval or rejection of your refund, once we receive and inspect the shoes.
    6. If your return is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, once we receive the shoes.
    7. Exchanges work in the same way as returns, however we only exchange defective products that were not damaged by the customer.

NOTICE: We do not pay for the shipping of returns. We only do returns for items that were lost in transit, items that arrived damaged or broken, or if you received the wrong item.
